Hello. If you're getting CRC errors, check the disk to see if it's clean, make sure there are no smudge marks or bad scratches on the read side. If the disk looks good, it possible you got a bad press and will need a new/newer copy of the disk and then try again, it's also possible that Shrink can't handle the copy protection on it. If the disk looks a bit scratched up or if it's a copy protection issue, try ripping the video files to your HDD with DVDFab Decrypter, it's a little more tolerant of scratched DVDs and is updated to crack the newer copy protection on DVDs, it will usually get the job done. It's a whole movie ripper so you'll still need DVD shrink to reauthor and shrink the files down to fit on a single layer disk, Just use shrink to open the files created by DVDFab and proceed as usual.
